To me, fashion is the manifestation of a designer’s talent and skill in his craft. I always seek to convey quality and craftsmanship in my work, to create well-made clothes that are functional and relevant to a modern woman. I want my work to possess a nuance: delicate juxtapositions of proportion and cut, color and texture. These elements should work quietly together to flatter the figure. When a woman feels beautiful, she radiates confidence and strength. That is effective design: clothing as discreet, but powerful tools of expression.
